1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using BestDocSolution, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to BestDocSolution website, services, and applications
• "Publisher" refers to content creators who distribute content through our platform
• "Subscriber" refers to users who access content through subscriptions
• "Content" refers to digital publications, magazines, comics, books, and other materials
• "Founding Publisher" refers to publishers who join during the initial launch period with special benefits
• "Standard Publisher" refers to publishers who join after the founding period

3. Platform Usage Restrictions

3.1 Approved Content Types

BestDocSolution is exclusively for distributable digital content including:

• Magazines and periodicals
• Comics and graphic novels
• Digital books and publications
• Educational materials
• Professional documents intended for subscription access

3.2 Prohibited Uses

The platform may NOT be used for:

• Personal file backup or archiving
• Storage of private, non-distributable documents
• Website asset hosting (images, CSS, JavaScript)
• Software or application distribution
• Raw data storage or database files
• Personal photos, videos, or media collections
• Any content not intended for subscriber distribution

4. Pricing and Revenue Share Structure

4.1 Publisher Tiers and Fees

BestDocSolution offers graduated pricing based on publisher type and timing:

*Founding publishers who maintain active publication status can lock in the 10% rate permanently.

4.2 Fee Transition Policy

After the founding period ends:

• First 50 Founding Publishers: Transition to 10% permanent rate if active, otherwise to 15% standard rate
• Next 50 Growth Publishers: Transition to 15% standard rate after 6 months
• All publishers receive 30 days notice before fee changes take effect
• Fee changes do not affect existing subscription agreements with subscribers

4.3 Payment Terms

• Payments processed monthly, 30 days after the end of each calendar month
• Minimum payout threshold: $50
• Storage overage fees deducted from revenue share
• All fees subject to applicable taxes

5. Storage and Upload Limitations

5.1 Storage Tier System

To ensure platform sustainability, storage is allocated based on subscriber count:

To prevent storage abuse, content must maintain active usage:

• Content without subscriber views for 60 days may be archived
• Publications with zero subscribers for 90 days may be removed
• Storage-heavy accounts with low engagement will be reviewed
• Regular content updates expected for active publications

5.3 Additional Storage

Additional storage beyond tier limits is available:

• Cost: $0.50 per GB per month
• Billed automatically with monthly revenue share
• Requires platform approval for significant increases

6. Publisher Agreement

6.1 Content Licensing

By uploading content to BestDocSolution, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

• Store, reproduce, and distribute your content to subscribers
• Display and stream your content through our platform
• Use your content for marketing and promotional purposes

6.2 Content Requirements

Publishers must ensure all content:

• Is original or properly licensed
• Does not infringe on intellectual property rights
• Complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Is not defamatory, obscene, or harmful
• Matches description and preview materials

7. Account Security and Authentication

7.1 Account Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
• All activities that occur under their account
• Immediately notifying BestDocSolution of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring proper logout from shared devices

7.2 Account Limitations

• One account per individual or legal entity
• No automated account creation
• Accounts must represent real individuals or businesses
• Reservation of right to suspend duplicate accounts

8. Payment and Revenue Protection

8.1 Fraud Prevention

BestDocSolution reserves the right to:

• Withhold payments during fraud investigations
• Reverse payments for chargebacks or fraudulent activity
• Require additional verification for suspicious accounts
• Monitor for artificial inflation of subscriber counts

8.2 Subscription Abuse

Prohibited activities include:

• Creating fake subscriber accounts
• Artificial inflation of engagement metrics
• Encouraging chargebacks or payment disputes
• Circumventing subscription requirements

9. Technical Restrictions

9.1 Automated Access

Users may not:

• Use bots, crawlers, or automated systems to access the platform
• Attempt to scrape or download content in bulk
• Reverse engineer platform security measures
• Bypass content protection systems

9.2 Rate Limiting

• API calls limited to 1000 requests per hour
• Content uploads limited according to tier limits
• Simultaneous streaming sessions limited to 3 per account
• Right to implement additional limits for platform stability

10. Enforcement and Consequences

10.1 Investigation Rights

BestDocSolution may:

• Investigate suspected violations at our discretion
• Request additional information from users
• Monitor platform usage for compliance
• Cooperate with legal authorities when required

10.2 Penalties for Abuse

Violations may result in:

• Immediate account suspension
• Withholding of pending payments
• Permanent ban from the platform
• Legal action for significant damages
• Reporting to appropriate authorities

10.3 Storage Abuse Enforcement

Specific actions for storage policy violations:

• First offense: Warning and storage reduction
• Second offense: Temporary upload suspension
• Continued abuse: Account suspension
• Severe violations: Permanent ban and data deletion

11. Limitation of Liability

BestDocSolution is not liable for:

• Content accuracy or quality
• Service interruptions
• Third-party actions
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Storage costs exceeding platform revenue from abusive accounts

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms. Significant fee changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.
